Therapist
Talitha Melton | she / her / hers
I approach this work with deep respect for each person’s unique story and the courage it takes to begin the therapeutic journey. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly able to be yourself as you explore your experiences at your own pace.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, relational, and client-centered. I believe in working collaboratively to navigate challenges, build insight, and support your healing and growth. I work with adults and young adults from all backgrounds, and I practice with cultural humility, inclusivity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
Some of the areas I’m especially passionate about include life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, women’s issues, relational challenges, body image concerns, trauma, self-compassion, and supporting high achievers and college students facing stress, burnout, or identity exploration. I use an eclectic and integrative therapeutic style, drawing from evidence-based modalities to meet your individual needs.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel grounded, seen, and more connected to yourself. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking greater self-understanding, you deserve a space where you feel supported as you move toward meaningful change.
