Pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Britt Alexander | she/her

Life is hard. Relationships are complicated.

Are you tired of having the same arguments with someone you love? Do you miss feeling close, understood, and emotionally safe with your partner? Maybe you're hoping to better understand yourself, heal from painful experiences, or break free from patterns that no longer serve you.

I work with couples, families, and individuals who want to feel more connected to themselves and the people they care about. Whether you're feeling stuck in a relationship, navigating a life transition, carrying the effects of trauma, or struggling with anxiety and self-doubt, we will work together to help you find a way forward.

As a former art teacher, I've always been fascinated by how people grow, adapt, and make sense of their lives. I bring curiosity, humor, gentle directness, and a calm presence into therapy, helping clients better understand the patterns shaping their lives and relationships.

I value the many ways people experience connection, relationships, and family. I am committed to providing an LGBTQIA+ affirming space and welcome individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, and relationship experiences.

I believe you already have many of the strengths needed to grow. My role is to help you access them.

In addition to working with humans, I'm usually learning something new, currently guitar and American Sign Language. I also have a soft spot for sloths, lavender, and the ocean.
